Our Suppliers

We are passionate about using the best quality ingredients for all our dishes and wherever possible we work with local suppliers to source fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Simon has worked closely with many of our suppliers for over twenty years and through these strong relationships we are able to source fabulous and unusual ingredients.
